Regional CRM Manager to be based in London at zapOzen
Job Description:
The person we are looking for will have ownership over CRM activity, budget, and results within the allocated region
The mission:
Responsible for all CRM activities
Develop, Optimize and monitor conversion and retention program
Ensure aquisition campaigns and CRM activities are coordinated
Report on region\'s player base with detailed analysis
Monitor and report on CRM costs and ROIs

At least 2 years of gaming industry, preferably within CRM
Excellent business development and communication skills
Highly organized, enthusiastic and persuasive
Team player, hard working easy to work with
Fluent in english
